My Wills

The foundation of any legacy plan is the legal document. Your Will makes sure your loved ones know your wishes and have what they need to manage things properly.

Create, update and securely store your digital Will with our simple, guided Will builder. Digital Wills are currently available if you live in England or Wales, and we are working to bring Wills to other countries.

You can also protect your Will with an adeus True Will, a secure, time-stamped digital record. From late 2026 you will also be able to support your Will with a Mental Capacity Assessment.

My Digital Vault

Having a Will is a great start. It is also important for your loved ones to be able to find your assets and key information quickly. Your Digital Vault keeps everything in one secure place: bank accounts, property, social media and online accounts, documents, and personal notes and gifts, all easy to update as life changes.

My Legacy Plan

My Legacy Plan is your personal dashboard. It shows how organised your plan is today, what is still to do, and the small next step to move it forward, so legacy planning stays an easy, ongoing habit rather than a one-off task.

My Planning Tools

My Planning Tools gives you practical calculators, checklists and guides, including the Inheritance Tax Calculator and Research Charitable Giving, to help you make specific decisions with confidence. More tools are on the way.
