Executor Access to Your adeus Will and Digital Vault
Your adeus account is your private space for storing your will, and recording important information and documents.
Only you have access to your adeus account until it's time to share the information to help settle your estate, or tie up your affairs. At that time we will: obtain a death certificate as the legal basis for providing your executor access, verify the identity of the executor and any named key contacts. We do this before providing them access to the adeus Executor Toolkit.
adeus Executor Toolkit
If you have an adeus Will, the Executor(s) named will be provided access to both your Will, and information and documents in your adeus Digital Vault.
If you do not have an adeus Will, access to your adeus Digital Vault will be provided to your named Key Contacts. This is another important reason to keep your Key Contacts stored in adeus up-to-date.
Your Executor will be able to view and download your most recent adeus Will, view information and documents stored in your adeus Digital Vault, and download a zip (compressed) file with the entire contents of your adeus Digital Vault. Making is easy for them to access all the information and documents they need to help settle your estate, and carry out your wishes.
