Key Contact: executor toolkit access

Instructions if you have been named as a Key Contact in an adeus account.

If you have been named as Key Contact in an adeus account, we will contact you to verify your identity before providing you access to the adeus Executor Toolkit. 

You will be able to view information and documents stored in the adeus Digital Vault, and download a zip (compressed) file with the entire contents of the adeus Digital Vault. Making is easy for you to access all the information and documents you need to help settle their estate, and carry out their wishes.

Once you have been provided access by our team, simply follow these simple steps:

1. Log into adeus using YOUR adeus account details. If you are already an adeus customer use the same details, if you are new to adeus you will need to set up an account so we can provide you secure access.

2. Click on your profile in the top right of the home page, you will see the account(s) you have access to, and your role as either an Executor or a Key Contact

3. Click View to open the adeus Executor Toolkit.

4. You are now in the secure area of the adeus Executor Toolkit where you can:

  • View information and documents in the adeus Digital Vault
  • Download a Zip (compressed) file of all contents in the adeus Digital Vault
