Wills: is my Will reviewed?

Your individual Will is sense-checked by a member of our trained team before being approved. You should be aware that members of our team may not be regulated solicitors. They do not give legal advice specific to your situation and no solicitor-client relationship exists between you and our team.

If we identify complexities in your will, or determine that you would benefit from professional advice, we may ask one of our partners to review your Will. This review will be completed by an SRA qualified solicitor, or certified member of a professional standards body, for example The Society of Will Writers (SWW) or Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). If they determine that an online will is not appropriate due to your specific circumstances, they will be able to assist to prepare a will based on your needs. This is an additional cost and full details of this service will be provided to you in writing so you can decide if you wish to proceed.

We aim to review your Will within one business day, and we'll email you when it's ready.
