Adding a file or document

If you have subscribed to the Premium digital vault, you also have the option to upload files. These can be important documents you’d like to store securely in one place, or simply letters or doc’s like utility bills that provide more information. The choice is yours.

You can upload files up to 5MB size and in file formats including documents (Excel, Word, PDF), photo (JPEG, PNG, GIF), or video (MP4, MOV), or any files if stored in ZIP format

1. Simply click the ‘Banking & Investments’ tile on the adeus digital vault home page
2. In the top right of the account view page, click the Upload File button
3. A modal - a small pop-up window - will open
4. Click Add file, or simply drag the file from your computer into the box and it will automatically upload.
5. Click Close; your file is added to your account page where you can view or delete.
