Credit Card Verification
For payments, including those with a discount code (including 100% discounts) we require a credit card for identity verification processes.
As part of our requirements to check the identity of our customers, we require verification through an approved debit or credit card. The payment platform in adeus will check your credit/debit card with a £1 test transaction, this will be refunded if you are using a full discount code through one of our partners.
The bank we use for paument processing is Mollie, headquartered in the Netherlands (mollie.nl). You may see this appear as your payment is processed. This is expect behaviour, simply let the process complete automatically and your subscription will be created.
