- Family members or authorized individuals can request the deletion of a deceased person’s account.
Requesting Account Deletion on Discord
- Contact Discord Support:
- To request the deletion of a deceased person’s Discord account, a family member or authorized individual must submit a request through the Discord Help Center.
- The request can be made via email to Discord's support team at support@discordapp.com.
- Information Required:
- The requester will need to provide the following:
- The deceased person’s Discord username (including the four-digit tag) or associated email address.
- Proof of death, such as a death certificate.
- Proof of the requester’s relationship to the deceased (e.g., family relationship document, legal documentation like power of attorney).
