Charity Legacy Giving Subscriptions

This article provides information for community members of the adeus Legacy Giving Programmes for registered charities.

Thank you for joining through your charity's Legacy Giving Programme. We're delighted to have you here.

Here's everything you need to know to get started.

Your Complimentary Will

As part of your the Legacy Giving Programme, you can create your Will completely free of charge through adeus. Our guided process is straightforward and takes most people less than 15 minutes to complete.

Once your Will is printed and signed, it is yours to keep, always and at no cost.

Leaving a Gift to your School

During the Will creation process, you'll have the option to leave a gift to your preferred charity, whether that's a fixed sum, a percentage of your estate, or a specific item. This is entirely your choice, and there is absolutely no obligation to do so. Your Will is yours, and every decision in it is yours to make.

If you'd like to find out more about how a gift in your Will can make a lasting difference to your charity, the charity's legacy giving team would be happy to help.

What’s included

Your programme includes 12 months' complimentary access to everything adeus has to offer:

Your Will

  • Update your Will as many times as you need

Your Premium Digital Vault

What happens after 12 months?

You will always have access to the standard adeus Digital Vault and your stored Will. After your first 12 months, the ability to make Will updates and access the Premium Digital Vault features continues with an optional subscription. 

A month before your complimentary access is due to expire, we'll send you a reminder so you can decide whether you'd like to continue. Renewal is entirely optional and costs just £29/year, giving you ongoing access to Will updates, True Wills, and your Premium Digital Vault.

There's no pressure and no obligation, and whatever you decide, your printed Will is always yours to keep.
