Wills: guidance on 'tenants in common'

If you have sole ownership of an asset, or you own a property as ‘Tenants in Common’, you can distribute the asset as per your wishes through your Will.

If you hold property as a 'Joint Tenant', the asset will pass to your surviving partner through the 'Right of Survivorship'.
